Yet, many studies show that sun exposure is not at all the main and frontal factors of getting melanoma.
The breakthrough was done by Dr. Daniel Colt in the Cancer Center that works as an oncologist. There are many presentations done by this doctor and they have already shocked the medicinal world with the fact that any sun preventing creams and ointments cannot protect you from skin cancer.
He explains that genetics are family history are responsible for getting melanoma and gene mutation too.
According to him the amounts of vitamin D we get from the sun can provide many anti-cancer properties and can protect our body from almost all types of cancer. Vitamin D can also inhibit the growth of cancer cells and stop cancer progression all together.
In conclusion, greater sun exposure can actually lower the risk of getting skin cancer and all of the sun protection products we use can actually do more harm than good.
